Right in the heart of Aspen, you’ll find The Little Nell: one of the most popular spots for après ski in Colorado. This luxurious hotel and restaurant offers an extensive wine list, craft cocktails, and food.

3. The Stanley Hotel

Located in Estes Park, The Stanley Hotel is a historic destination location that has been around since 1909. While it might not be the first choice in your head for a meal after some skiing, the Stanley Hotel is a great spot for a meal and some craft cocktails.

4. The Brown Palace

Located in downtown Denver, The Brown Palace is one of the most iconic hotels in Colorado. It’s an especially great après ski spot for any Denverites. After a day on the slopes, head to the Brown Palace for a classic meal and some cocktails in a scenic and stunning location.

Obviously, this is our favorite place to eat and drink after some skiing! Located in the heart of downtown Golden and right next to the world-famous Coors Brewery, this cozy spot is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.

We have 2 self-pour tap walls and 5 amazing food vendors on site, so everyone in your skiing party can get something to eat and drink regardless of any dietary restrictions.
