Shawn Nelson is an American singer-songwriter known for his contributions to the Country and Americana music scenes. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Nelson moved to Austin to pursue his musical career, spending over 15 years performing, writing, and recording in the vibrant music hub. Throughout his career, Nelson has shared stages with notable acts, performing at venues ranging from Gruene Hall with Asleep at the Wheel to Stubb’s with Drive-By Truckers. His dedication to his craft and genuine passion for music have solidified his reputation as a respected artist within the Country and Americana genres.
